Delete your RCPT account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account for RCPT by AITOMATE LLC (the app and developer name shown on our store listings).

Steps to delete your account

Sign in to RCPT on the web or mobile app.
Open Settings.
Scroll to Delete account.
Type DELETE in the confirmation field, then tap Delete account.

Only an organization admin can delete the account. Deleting removes the organization and all team member logins for that organization.

If you cannot sign in, are not an admin, or need help, email info@aitomate.dev from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership before proceeding.

Data that is deleted or anonymized

When deletion completes (typically immediately for access, and within 30 days for personal identifiers):

Your ability to sign in (Auth0 login identity is removed or blocked)
Account email and display name are anonymized (tombstoned) so they cannot be used to identify you
Team member seats under the organization lose access
Active paid subscriptions for the organization are canceled
The organization account is marked deleted and is no longer usable in the app

Data that may be kept

We may retain certain information when required for tax, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes, including for example:

Bookkeeping records (expenses, income, invoices, journal entries) tied to the organization
Billing and payment records from our payment processor
Security, audit, and support logs needed to investigate abuse or comply with law
Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you

Retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes (generally up to the applicable legal retention period, often several years for financial records), then deleted or further anonymized.

Timing

Access ends immediately after a successful in-app deletion (you are signed out).
Personal account identifiers are deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Legally required records may be retained longer, as described above.
